My therapeutic approach is holistic, sex-positive, trauma-informed and strengths-based. I specialize in helping individuals manage a variety of struggles, including relationship issues, sexual dysfunctions, anxiety disorders, and various types of trauma, including sexual, family and childhood trauma.
Based on your individual experience and goals, we will incorporate various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness and somatic-based therapies, into our sessions.
