If you often catch yourself worrying about the future or dwelling on the past, I imagine you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, wanting to feel secure in the present moment. My goal is to meet you right where you are and equip you with the tools to navigate life's challengesm while encouraging you to see things from different lenses in a safe environment where you can be yourself as we journey back to the here and now. My approach is encouraging, collaborative, and conversational in nature. I value authenticity, responsibility, integrity, and empowerment, both in and outside of the therapeutic setting.
I specialize in working with the neurodivergent community (ADHD, autism, etc.) and LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those struggling with anxiety/depression, identity, relationships, and sex therapy. I believe in the power of knowledge and share the psychology behind things and how society/culture impact us, while we discuss what it means to be human.
Being a therapist is an interesting job, you get to meet so many different people and get to follow their stories, see them in some of their lowest points and through their triumphs. I understand the privilege that comes with being trusted with the most fragile parts of our lives. I'd be honored to help you on your journey, contact me if you're interested!

I mostly work with clients who are struggling to manage their ADHD, anxiety, and low-self esteem and help them develop strategies to decrease the impact these struggles have on their personal lives and in their relationships. When you feel a bit tunnel visioned and don't see the light, I can help widen your perspective and make things feel hopeful again.
