I specialize in working with individuals, as well as relationships and couples, on numerous challenges: everything from depression, anxiety, and communication, to trauma, self-esteem, grief, attachment, and sex therapy. I'm sex-positive, kink-friendly, ENM-affirming, and have specialized training and experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
I also have training in multiple research-supported therapeutic modalities, including Client-Centered, Gottman, EFT, and ACT.
