I integrate psychodynamic, IFS, existential, and relational approaches. Through IFS, we explore your inner "parts", uncovering patterns that shape your experience. Psychodynamic work examines how past experiences impact present relationships. Together, we’ll explore identity, meaning, and connection to foster authenticity and self-awareness.
I bring an integrative approach to support those navigating substance use, members of the queer community, individuals dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and other mood disorders. I’m also passionate about helping clients who have experienced narcissistic parental abuse.
