As human beings, life can have a way of creating challenges that are difficult for us to face on our own. I firmly believe each of us possess fundamental inner-strengths that can not only help us cope with these challenges, but flourish and thrive together. My goal as a therapist is to come alongside clients in a compassionate, nonjudgmental stance to help identify your strengths and how to translate them into meaningful growth both within yourself and in your relationships. I value using a mind/body approach and a warm, relational atmosphere in therapy. I am LGBTQIA+-affirming, trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink and poly-friendly.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, multicultural, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based modalities like ACT, DBT, SFBT, along with somatic experiencing in an eclectic approach to help clients manage a variety of mental health issues. My specialties include anxiety, sex therapy, trauma, ADHD/neurodivergence, career counseling, and women's issues.

I greatly value authenticity, compassion, warmth, humor, and accountability in the therapy room. I'm deeply interested in the benefits of art, nature, spirituality, and mindfulness on our collective mental health and am an avid reader, gamer, and gardener. I'd be honored to work with you on moving toward a more healthful, meaningful, and peaceful life!
