My approach taps into creative parts work, so that you can explore and unearth rich parts of yourself, in order to foster genuine expression and to build independence toward your goals.
I am a mindfulness-based and culturally competent therapist focusing on persistent anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and loss, depression, career stress, ADHD, and identity exploration. I utilize evidence-based techniques (such as CBT, EFT, & EMDR), gestalt, psychodynamic, over 10 years of meditation, and a diverse background to enhance each session.
I continue to be an avid studier of all things psychological and therapeutic, and I value and welcome clients of all racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender identities.
