I offer a warm and supportive space to help address life's challenges, to explore thoughts and emotions, and to get curious without judgement.
I practice from an integrative approach with a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy, incorporating aspects of CBT and mindfulness, to help people work through and understand their experiences. I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum issues, ADHD, life transitions, disordered eating, parenting and relationship issues.
I believe therapy is a place for self-exploration and change. So often, the build-up of shame and guilt prevents people from gaining a sense of peace.
