I offer a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive approach for adults and teens struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression.
My style is eclectic, incorporating psychodynamic psychotherapy and evidence-based practices. I treat perinatal mood & anxiety disorders and have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment-based model for couples. I support clients to process intergenerational trauma and bridge cultures in families or interracial relationships.
