I’m an adult, adolescent, and child therapist who fosters a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment attuned towards growth and wellbeing. I offer support for individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues and to people encountering professional or family challenges. Our work together will allow you to develop the tools you need to maximize your resilience and more capably and confidently manage life's challenges. I also offer child centered play therapy and a CBT and DBT integrated approach in my work with children.
I help adolescents to identify their natural strengths and use them to address their current struggles, while concurrently working with parents, teachers, and other providers. In my work with adults, I utilize a psychodynamic approach with a focus on Internal Family Systems and provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate.
