My approach to therapy is inclusive, non-judgmental, and culturally affirming. We will work together to better manage negative emotions, and to build new tools for a more empowered life.
I work with individuals and couples from various backgrounds, who've experienced concerns around life transitions, self-esteem, racial trauma, conflict in relationships, and identity. I work to understand how experiences have shaped who you are through making sense of the past in order to inform your future.
