My approach is somatic and psychodynamic. I believe in the integration of deep relational understanding, in the wisdom of our bodies, and in the kind of therapy that feels resonant and healing from the very beginning. I specialize in dating + relationships, chronic stress, high-functioning perfectionism, social anxiety, self-esteem, and narcissistic abuse.
