Humans are complicated beings – we are woven tapestries of our various identities, experiences, and beliefs. Therapy is a place where all aspects of yourself are welcome—fears, embarrassments, longings, and resentments, as well as strengths and gifts. First and foremost, I care deeply about the unique journey each client travels. I am invested in your healing and growth, bringing my training, experience and expertise to your struggles and concerns. I use a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach and enjoy bringing in aspects from childhood, adolescence, and adulthood for a well-rounded healing experience.

My practice is ‘integrative’. This means that I specialize in using multiple approaches throughout the therapeutic process. Depending on a given moment, issue or obstacle, different techniques are used to move the process forward as efficiently as possible. I love focusing on deep rooted attachment patterns which manifest in everyday life.

I take into account how sexuality, culture, race, and religion influence each unique individuals' core identity. Everyday, it's an honor to sit in the not-so-comfy emotions with clients. I will meet you where you are, because you dictate the pace and cadence of your therapy experience.
