I specialize in working with childhood/complex trauma, and adult children of emotionally immature parents. Through IFS, attachment work, mindfulness and somatic based approaches, I help my clients feel calm in their bodies, unburden past traumas, work through their relationship hangups, and find their truest, most whole Self, that was there all along.
