Do you seem to have lost your joy for life? Are you having trouble adjusting to recent changes? Are you struggling with finding your purpose in this world? I also have a four legged sidekick named Winston who helps provide comfort when talking about our thoughts and feelings. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults through individual counseling. Some of my specialties include depression, anxiety, and making/maintaining healthy relationships.

Through the therapeutic relationship, my goal is to help you feel empowered. I strive to do this by providing a space where you feel heard, understood, and validated, while also challenging and encouraging you to become the best version of yourself. I take a client-centered approach, while also incorporating my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
