This crazy journey we call life can be wonderful and beautiful but it can also be scary and hard. It can make you feel lost, and overwhelmed, and sometimes it can make you feel stuck. I know how much anxiety comes with trying to get yourself out of that alone. Therapy can be anything you need it to be. It can be a safe space to release and understand some pretty scary emotions. It can be a place where you come to feel heard. In the counseling room, I work to instill hope and increase self-esteem while clients learn to improve their relationships to help them flourish in their daily lives.
I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and families. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to work through the struggles of life and work towards more self-worth, better communication, and growth. I especially love working with teen girls to help them through one of the most challenging times in life- adolescence!
As a therapist, I see people at their lowest, and it's amazing to be able to walk with them on their journey towards self-love. It's hard to be vulnerable, and for me, it's an honor to be invited into the heart and mind of someone and be able to participate in their journey towards healing.
