Drawing from my training in Narrative therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Self Compassion, and body-mind practices, I offer adults of all ages an integrative approach that is attuned to your unique needs.

In our sessions, you can expect a gentle, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where the focus is on building relationship and empowering you to greater levels of awareness, authenticity, and connection.
