Not accepting new clients. I now offer sessions at our two locations: Fairfield Psychology and Oak Bay Psychology. I work with adult individuals (with a particular focus working with women ages 18+). People seek counselling for many reasons such as anxiety, stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, and transitions such as post-secondary, family, career, parenting, burnout. We all want to feel better, but can’t always do that alone. I offer an open-minded, welcoming approach that meets you where you are. I believe by working collaboratively, we can identify opportunities for change and explore effective, evidence-based approaches.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (17951) in Victoria, B.C. with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. I work with adult individuals of all ages. My background includes training in ADHD, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), post-secondary, career counselling, mindfulness, anxiety and stress reduction.
Having someone join you on your path and listen with openness and kindness is important. I offer in-person or video sessions for adults in Victoria, and video or phone sessions across B.C.
