I am a Master's level Counsellor (M.C., CCC, RCC) passionate about helping clients through an integrative, body-mind approach that recognizes clients’ innate ability for change, growth, and healing.
My approach is warm, empathetic and non-judgemental, balancing a collaborative and directive approach. I have experience and a special interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, stress and overwhelm, burnout, depression, relationship issues, attachment and relational trauma, as well as those feeling stuck in old patterns, thoughts and beliefs.
Our work together will draw from a trauma-informed, strengths-based practice weaving Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment and polyvagal theory, incorporating a focus on the mind and body to support your overall well-being.
