Sometimes life can feel overwhelming as we try to understand who we are and how/why we react the way we do. Finding balance as we navigate the stressors and joys of life; including our relationships, education, careers, life transitions, loss, or parenting; can feel like a daunting task. Yet, when we take the time to understand and value ourselves, we often feel happier and have more energy for the relationships and responsibilities we value and carry. Everyone experiences difficulties and my goal is to provide a trauma informed, safe, welcoming, and non judgemental space where you can reflect and navigate the challenges you face.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (17930) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I offer an integrated trauma informed approach using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), client centred therapy, family systems, and emotionally focused therapies.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, stress, religious trauma, trauma, transitions, pain, or grief and loss. Sometimes you need someone who is open, will listen without judgement, and is on your side.
