As a counsellor and sex therapist, I embrace a holistic and intersectional approach to addressing concerns. I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. While my Masters in Counselling Psychology gave me training as a generalist, I also have advanced skills and certifications in the areas of trauma, relationships and sex therapy.
My approach to counselling is grounded in my approach to life, I lean towards permission, pleasure, humour, trusting the process of people and creating spaces to allow people to be curious, open, and seen.
