Accepting new counselling clients! NEW: We now offer counselling for people of all ages including children (5-12), teens (13-19), adults, parents, caregivers, families, couples and seniors. Our collaborative team includes Registered Psychologists (RPsych), Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), and Registered Social Workers (RSW). Most of our services are covered by extended health benefits. We also offer low cost counselling with our Master's level practicum students ($50+). In person in Victoria and online across B.C. Weekday, weekend, and evenings available. Now with two locations at Fairfield Psychology and Oak Bay Psychology.
We offer a holistic, individualized approach that draws upon our training and experience in areas such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, self-compassion, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
