I use strength-based practices including EMDR (I am a certified EMDR therapist), Lifespan Integration, Narrative Therapy, and CBT. We go at your pace and use techniques that fit for you. It is my honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your challenges and find meaning in your experiences. I am licensed in WA and ID.

Clinical Supervision & EMDR Consultation: I am a WA State approved supervisor for associates who want to start their own private practice. This includes business coaching & billing under my insurance contracts until you are fully licensed. I also provide EMDR consultation for certification. Potential supervisees may contact me even if it states I am full.
