I provide Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Family Psychotherapy. I treat OCD, Anxiety, Trauma, and Other Related Disorders, including Co-Occurring Conditions. It takes courage to reach out for help. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and solution-focused. My style is supportive, educational, and therapeutic. I offer evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, I-CBT, CPT, ERP, ACT, DBT, ComB, HRT, and more.
I am a certified Child Mental Health Specialist and one of only two nationally certified TF-CBT therapists north of Snohomish County. At this time, I am offering services by telehealth.
