Estranged Adult Children Somatic Healing & Support
Parental estrangement is the physical and emotional separation of a family unit. Estrangement is often, but not always, a choice made by an adult child as a result of past trauma or unacceptable behaviors by one or both parents. This support group is tailored to provide community support for estranged adult children to embark on a deeper healing journey.
