I specialize in sex therapy, sex addiction, betrayal trauma, relationship issues, codependency, as well as deep grief and trauma healing. I especially enjoy working with individuals and couples who are ready to do their work and live the life they are capable of living, but have never known the tools or path to get there. I am a highly skilled therapist who is expert at partnering with clients to feel better and improve quickly, then ease into the deeper healing work of grief, emotional neglect, and trauma. I also specialize in High Speed Intensives, which is a much faster therapy, and it helps us feel better and get better quicker.
As a sex and intimacy specialist, I get especially excited to help people heal at their deepest levels and learn the skills and tools to experience deep intimacy with themselves and others. I love guiding couples into this very connected space of deep relationship. I also enjoy helping individuals heal and prepare for dating and calling in the right match.
