When our relationships shift towards dysfunctional, they can become more stressful than comforting. I work with adults in individual, couple, and family therapy to create more comforting relationships with themselves and others. Together we explore issues related to intergenerational trauma, dysfunctional relationship patterns, family issues, and attachment. This often looks like exploring disconnection, unresolvable issues, work-life balance, and setting boundaries. To support your healing we will use research based therapeutic modalities. These models include attachment theory. emotionally-focused therapy, and family systems theory. Additionally, we will use mindfulness-based therapy techniques to create a comfortable container for growth and change.
