Not currently accepting new clients! Do you feel anxious just thinking about seeing a therapist and reading these bios feels like another chore? Are you part of the LGBTQIA+ community and need someone who WANTS you to be authentically you? Or maybe you're afraid that your relationship is ending? If any of this feels true OR if you're just an awkward majestic misfit like myself, I'm happy to be your partner in figuring this all out, because I know how badly this shit sucks. Whether you need someone to help create a gentle space to process your experiences, or if you need more of a "tell it like it is" approach, we can make it happen.

Through our sessions, I hope to create a space where you can show up as yourself, whatever that looks like today. I use a "strengths based" approach, exploring the positive aspects of your life (they DO exist believe it or not), to help create change. However, I also attend to the hard, maybe gross feeling parts of your experiences too, as they make you YOU.
