The difficulties of life often cause stress, depression and anxiety and can lead to an imbalance of our emotional and, or, physical health. Do you feel lonely, depressed or rejected? I specialize in working with children, families and couples. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, behavioral issues, low self-esteem, substance abuse and difficulties coping with various relationship challenges and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and centers on problem-solving and long-term change.
