I help clients who are experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma and stress rebound to setbacks and challenges by providing solution focused therapy. We can’t avoid change; we can only try to avoid feeling the pain of it. And that just doesn't work.

My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy. My aim is to help you alleviate your pain and become more aware of your feelings and patterns in a healthy (vs unhealthy) way.
