This is a virtual group for females ages 25+ survivors of childhood sexual abuse and/or rape/assault as an adult. You do not need to try to navigate this complex landscape alone. Surviving childhood sexual abuse and/or living through rape - is one of the most life altering events. This facilitated 8-week group is designed to help you develop insight into how these experiences shaped your perception of yourself and the world around you - and help you create a new relationship with self worth. $65.00/grp; total = $520.00 for the 80 min groups. 8 week commitment

Women's Relational Trauma group - Virtual
This is a private, online support group for female adults, ages 30+. This group is designed for women to develop an understanding of how attachment wounds lead to unhealthy partnerships. This group is appropriate for female survivors of psychological abuse and domestic violence. This virtual group meets once per week and consists of didactic education which helps examine fears, projected beliefs, and repetition of cycles. Participants will be led through a series of exercises that allow for exploration of relational trauma and the impacts on self worth and standards for figures of attachments.
