I work with "nice girls" and "angry women," to uncover your needs and teach you how how to get them met.
I have specialized education and experience helping women overcome trauma, discovering your hidden strengths, keeping what works, tossing what doesn't, and learning new skills. Whether your difficulty shows up as depression, anger, anxiety, family strife, stress, insomnia, relationship troubles, you CAN have a do-over and bloom the way you want to.
