Life can quickly become overwhelming, dysregulating, and agonizing in the aftermath of a traumatic event or after years of experiencing complex and compounding life stressors. I want you to know you’re not alone and I’m here to offer you a safe space to experience relief and healing. My love for therapy brought me into this field and it is such an honor to do the work I do. In our sessions together, I desire to create a safe space where you are heard, fully seen, and accepted just as you are.

As a Certified Trauma Professional, I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and take a collaborative and client-centered approach to treatment. I am Certified in Brainspotting and Trained in EMDR. I desire to go beyond mere symptom management and will help you explore the roots of your concerns so you can heal on a deeper level.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex-positive therapist (welcome my kinky and Poly/ENM folks). You are welcome just as you are and there are no topics off limits in therapy with me.
