As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I enjoy working with couples and individuals. I am honored that my clients have given me the privilege to come along side them on their journey towards self discovery, leaning into their story, wherever it may lead. Sessions are met with immense curiosity and gentleness. My goal is to be a safe place where you can land each week and explore the ways you think, feel and behave the way you do. With me by your side, the hope is for you to be able to develop a stronger sense of who you are and to be able to make positive changes in your relationships and your life.
I am a certified PACT level 1 couples therapist. I also enjoy working with young adults and individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, maternal mental health, trauma, suicide, grief, life’s transitions and parenting.
