I have received training in Brainspotting and somatic-based healing. I love to incorporate mindfulness, play therapy, art therapy, meditation, guided imagery, music therapy, shadow work, and inner child healing. I am passionate about supporting adults, teens, and children, including the LGBTQIA+ community through life’s challenges and transitions.
I am also a birth doula and have a passion for supporting people on the journey of becoming parents. In addition, I have a unique understanding of raising blended families and have compassion for the challenges that can arise.
