In terms of my background and experience, I graduated from Stetson University with a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. I also have experience working in residential units, crisis units, high schools, child welfare, and methadone clinics. Additionally, I am trained to be a Brainspotting clinician.

Personally, I am incredibly passionate about working with the LGBTQIA community, sex positive community, body acceptance community, and domestic violence survivors. I am formally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma informed modalities, Gottman relationship therapy, and Prepare/ Enrich therapy.

Once we meet and I can assess where you are at, we can move forward with choosing a modality and care details. Our first session we will go over the basics of who you are, why you're there, etc. Once we build rapport and safety is built, we can start to work on some of the root issues. I will most likely use an array of multiple different modalities, adapting to each client.
