As a trauma-informed therapist I process through a variety of mental health concerns with my clients. Trained in EMDR, this is an effective evidence based modality for those that are "stuck" or have experienced past trauma. I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples and individuals along with CBT, DDP, Systems and Person Centered approaches.
