Hi there! My name is Casey & I I often work with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships (marriage and couples). My ideal clients are couples or individuals who recognize changes need to be made in their lives but their suffering makes it difficult to see the pathway to lasting change. With extensive training in marriage and family therapy, I view my clients through a systemic lens, meaning that I take into consideration a client’s systems when treating, versus just looking at the client in isolation. I believe that each client is unique and deserves a person-centered approach to ensure I am tailoring services toward the client's needs.

Through my own healing journey, I have developed a personal drive for helping people heal their deepest wounds so that they may live a life with balance, purpose, & passion. From my perspective, therapy isn’t just for those who are facing difficult challenges, it is for anyone who has the desire to better their lives.
