You will not take this healing journey alone. I have a great experience working with individuals having difficulty growing up in harsh environments dealing with abuse, neglect, and lack of support. I am a certified EMDR therapist, a trained Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy therapist, which are evidenced-based modalities treating trauma.
