In my 16 years of working with adults, children, adolescents, I have learned that everyone has incredible resiliency and amazing capacity for growth and change- regardless of the challenges they face. Therapy can help you learn how to express themselves verbally and develop positive coping skills. For teens, therapy can be a safe place to gain important insights and move towards personal goals.
People can use painful life experiences as an opportunity for growth. I help people change by building on their strengths and working towards emotional balance. My focus with adults has been anxiety, depression, and trauma. In a non-judgmental environment we discuss the issues, develop goals, find solutions, & plan for positive change.
