Welcome! I have worked in the behavioral health field for over a decade within home, community and school based settings. I provide a comfortable space for adults to express their thoughts and feelings. Additionally, I love working with children and adolescents using creative approaches to facilitate the therapy process like arts and crafts, and games. Therapy can help children learn to cope with life challenges, and teach children how to express themselves in a positive way. For adolescents, therapy can be a safe place to discuss concerns and develop plans for positive growth.
I use a strength based therapy approach to establish a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship, while working with the individual to make positive life changes. My style is collaborative, compassionate, non judgmental and tailored to the needs of the individual client. I will do my best to help you through your difficult times.
I'm client focused and make the client's comfort top priority. With children, I am willing to even sit on floor with them!
