I believe an important step in this process is developing and maintaining a genuine relationship with the client, as well as providing a warm and safe environment. I also believe in the importance of focusing on an individual's strengths and attributes while identifying goals in order to grow and improve oneself.
I have experience working with all ages and a broad therapeutic background in working with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, as well as family/relationship conflict and self-identify. I provide clients with the tools and skills to use outside of session in order to improve overall mental health.
