Stephanie treats those with depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, trauma, attention deficits, autism, peer issues, school problems and barriers to self-expression utilizing expressive therapies and a play-based approach.
Let’s Play! Stephanie believes in meeting the client where they are and uses a client-centered play therapy (CCPT) approach. CCPT is a one-on-one intervention that uses play and the therapeutic relationship to improve children's functioning. The therapeutic relationship is the primary technique of the intervention.
With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, Stephanie believes in making the therapeutic process welcoming, creative and playful. Stephanie is currently in training to become a Registered Play Therapist.
