I love working with adolescents, adults, and families because I get the chance to help foster change. I believe the best approach to therapy is to use a variety of treatment modalities to think outside of the box. I use creative approaches as well as encouraging self reflection as a way to meet a client where they are. Together we will build a trusting relationship, patience and will work towards positive growth. I believe individuals should feel empowered to express their feelings in a safe and positive environment and be the best version of themselves.

I have a Master’s degree in Expressive therapies with a Specialization in Dance Therapy and Counseling Psychology. For over 16 years I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including outpatient and residential programs.

I am here and ready to help you on your journey and look forward to providing a safe place for you to explore and reflect on all aspects of your relationships and how you see yourself as an individual. I am currently offering daytime appointments with some evening availability.
