I specialize in working with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and body image challenges. As a former D1 athlete & dancer, I also work with athletes struggling with sports performance, post-injury concerns, and burnout. I'm a HAES-aligned clinician and provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, weight-inclusive care to individuals from all backgrounds.
