I won't lie to you therapy is hard work. I will challenge your perspectives and thinking, encourage emotional talk and processing, and give you homework to continue the work we do in session. There might be times you say fuck this and you can tell me, but I believe each and every person is fully capable of doing the work and growing in amazing ways.
