We might even be dealing with learned behaviors that we have been carrying around all our lives. Maybe it’s trauma that has shaped us into who we are today. Not everyone will share the same journey. Since we are all one-of-kind, I employ a Person-Centered approach, where I believe you already have everything within yourself to make change happen. I will act as a guide to process difficult emotions and help promote greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-esteem – all of this will take place in a non-judgmental and accepting space.
I graduated with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and am currently under the supervision of Evelyn Nuñez, LPC-S, and the amazing clinical team at Healing Pathways of Houston.
