I understand that it isn't easy, but I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone. Many of the clients I support are women in their 20's and 30's struggling with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and perinatal/postpartum challenges. In addition, I have a passion for helping those with anxiety, phase of life issues, relationship problems, cycle breaking, and depression.
My style of therapy fuses evidenced based practices with creative and body-focused approaches for a more mindful and holistic healing outcome. The way I show up with my clients is gentle, warm, encouraging, and with lots of humor. In sessions, you can expect to make art/ be creative, dive deeper, laugh a lot, and release what's stuck inside.
