Has your anxiety become too much? If so, I would like to help. Clients seek my help for issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship, and identity issues. They often feel overwhelmed and feel like their situation may never get better. But with the help of therapy, and our work together, they begin to see their life change. This does not happen by a miracle but through their inner knowledge of themself and willingness to try something new.
I have been told by clients that my approach to therapy is not like others they have worked with. I am transparent with my thoughts and ideas for treatment, and genuinely connect with the client, which is often through laughter. I am fairly integrative in my style and technique as a therapist.
