Life can be difficult to navigate sometimes. Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Do you carry the wounds of trauma or engage in patterns of unhealthy relationships? I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, performance anxiety and chronic low self-esteem. You may be struggling with insecurities and confidence issues or life transitions that feel too overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe and trusting space where you can move toward healthy functioning.

My approach is client centered while utilizing different modalities based on your needs. I use Attachment- Focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT Skills and Mindfulness based practices to help you live without the overwhelming charge of anxiety and depression, the effects of trauma, learn to navigate life transitions, or to cope with daily stress.
