I consider myself a Existential- Humanistic therapist pulling from evidence-based and integrative treatment models. I primarily see adults and adolescents; and my experience in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based practices, and cognitive- behavioral therapy allows for gentle movement towards change and self-acceptance.
I believe that through a collaborative environment of sensitivity, warmth, and humor a comfortable exploration into one’s healing can begin!
